Our village is designed with the principles of permaculture in mind, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that provides fresh, organic produce and other food products inncluding; avocados, coffee, chickens, eggs, fruits & vegetables. We are building a recreation area for relaxing and entertaining, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

About Hacienda Guatelupe:
The Residents will have access to the Farm, which includes chickens, avocado trees and other fruit trees. As well as the recreation area which includes the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, covered picnic and BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, as well as walking and biking paths with gardens and shared vegetable gardens. There is overflow parking for guests and plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area.

Fife Leo Bentley
Our Front Man
Fife has owned the farm for 5 years now, and is the driving force behind both the sustainability aspects, like the water collection and the solar energy, and the permaculture farm. He is a passionate chicken and egg producer, and has created enough water caption to make sure we can produce Avocados year around.
Fife and Sofia are setting an example by building their house with sustainable materials wherever possible. They have used adobe bricks that are being made on the farm, and have built a house that is beautifully designed and will be luxurious, practical and comfortable.
